Terms and Conditions

  • A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost is charged to the credit card on file for any cancellation that is made less than Two (2) hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • If a client/passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a scheduled reservation has been made, a No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost is charged to the credit card on file. This includes any cancellations after a chauffeur has reached or is en-route to a reservation's location.
  • A Credit Card (Discover, Master Card, Visa or American Express) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method and must be on file prior to reservation's confirmation.
  • The credit card on file will be used for all charges unless otherwise indicated.
  • Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed with us by the client, its agents, and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the client and will reflect costs including but not limited to trip charges, tolls, parking, and gratuity.
  • Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original reservation agreement.
  • Wait time is charged 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time.
  • After 45 minutes of wait time past the scheduled pick up time, the trip will be billed as Hourly Charter with a 2 hour minimum garage-to-garage.
  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s).
  • If smoking does occur, client will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. We, or its drivers, are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Client shall not consume alcoholic beverages in any vehicle.
  • Client agrees that no illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicle(s).
  • In accordance with state law, also strongly suggests the use of seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Client agrees that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.
  • In case of misconduct, under age drinking or drug use by Client or their party, or if Driver is or feels threatened, Driver has the right to terminate ground transportation service and this agreement without any refunds and drop all passengers off at the nearest safe location.
  • Client holds Isaac Alan Transport harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of Client and/or their party.
  • Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by Client or their party during service, either willfully or accidentally.
  • Any actions that cause damage on our vehicle(s) can result in extra charge of at least $100 or more.
  • If anything is lost or stolen from inside the vehicle, there is a $100 minimum replacement fee.
  • We do not guarantee arrival at or departure from any point at a specific time due to circumstances beyond its control such as accidents, breakdowns, traffic and road conditions, storms, etc. and shall not be held liable for claims resulting in delays from such conditions.
  • We can not be held responsible for delays or inconveniences due to unknown and/or unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed as "Acts of God."
  • Client has read the terms and conditions, stated above and agrees to all stated terms and conditions.
  • Client hereby authorizes us to charge the credit card account on file for any transportation related services, which may be rendered through us.
